  Just had a great lunch at the Water's Edge Restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, the food was fantastic! and view was spectacular. It was actually the best "Beef Dip" I've had in a very long time. Just wish I had time to take a dip in the pool at the Manitou Springs Hotel and Mineral Spa.

  The food was great! The service was quick and very friendly. My son spilled his soup on his shorts and shirt and the waitress was kind enough to take them in back and wash them out for us! Prices were very reasonable. Nice view of the water from the window tables. They also let my son (3) eat from the buffet for no charge as he only needed a small amount of food. That was very nice.

  My visit to watrous mineral lake was awesome! We spent some time on the beach and enjoyed the spa and pool. Had a very relaxing day. We enjoyed a wonderful supper at the waters edge restaurant. The steak dinner was to die for. Steak was cooked to perfection! Service was great. The manager even came to our table to make sure that our meals were satisfactory. Awesome service with many smiles . My grandson enjoyed his supper and definitely his dessert. I will definitely be back! Thank you for spoiling us!!!

  The last time we were here was in 2013 and although we have been a few times our experience has never been GREAT! The changes made to the hotel and staff are obvious this time around! Right from our booking with Donna at the front desk to our unparalleled service from Marinella in the restaurant for all three nights we ate dinner there! Donna went above and beyond with our booking as we would be there with theee young kids over Christmas she went out of her way to make sure we would be accommodated including finding a small Christmas tree to have in our room upon arrival. The first night we had dinner at the restaurant I wondered how the food would be as I had never quite been satisfied before when eating there. We were extremely satisfied that first night being greeted with a warm welcome, delicious food that was hot, fresh and served promptly by an amazing and personable server named Marinella. Little did we know she would be our server all three nights we were there. She went above and beyond making sure we were well taken care of, that we were satisfied with our service, food and overall experience in the dining room. She was so friendly with our young children making them feel welcome and joking with them and putting smiles on their faces. Because of staff like Donna and Marinella we are definitely looking forward to coming back to Manitou Beach in the near future to enjoy their warm welcome and service!! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience and a happy new year to all the wonderful staff!! Great job for such an amazing turn around in the overall experience of our stay! Whatever changes have been made are working for sure!!

  Great new look. Love the lounge fireplace. My wife had the ribs..excellent...fall off the bone ....honey garlic..mmmmmm. Nice to see real crab meat on the steak neptune instead of fake. Lots to choose from on the new menu. Love the salad bar. Friendly staff..very pleasant and seem very happy. We will be back!
