  Great hotel. Love the pool, so relaxing. Rooms are clean and nice. The beds are super comfortable. Great views of the lake. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay. Definitely worth getting up for.

  We blocked rooms for our wedding here in February 2017. The experience was awful. Staff were not accommodating in any way, shape or form considering more than half their rooms were booked for our wedding. We had been told we could check in early, but when we got there we weren't able to. They put my bridesmaid in our suite (The right names were on the rooms!) & we had to fight to get them to bring up fresh towels when we made the switch. My brother couldn't get into his rooms until 3 hours after check-in & there was no hot water. When this was brought to their attention, nothing was done. There was no apology or trying to accommodate us. Finally, we had booked a shuttle to transport guests (It could carry 9 people) & 2 hours in we were informed that the boss was taking the shuttle for the rest of the night & all we had now was a truck. The worst part was we had booked the shuttle months in advance & had to pay for it!

  My husband and I had wanted to visit this spa for years. Finally in 2018, after 23 years of marriage we made the four hour drive to spend the long weekend there. The whole experience was worth the long drive. The waters were great, beds comfy, good service and staff were all very professional and attentive. The elevator being slow was one minor inconvenience. Now that I've experienced the spa during the winter, I would love to return in the summer to experience the beach.

  The rooms were decent & clean, but based on how they treated us I would definitely not recommend staying here! Any time we brought an issue to their attention or asked for something extra, we were met with rude & unfriendly service. Never once was an apology issued for any inconvenience. There was not a single person there who went above & beyond to make our wedding experience a positive, memorable one.

  very relaxing beach, people on the beach have a good time. The mineral lake is very therapeutic and is easy to float. The little walk up take out restaurant makes the best burger's in the area. The bar next to the beach is quite friendly . There is also a fun little mini golf up the road for the whole family to enjoy
